This lovely Éowyn figure can't really be found in stores at all anymore. It was released by the Tudor Mint (along with a whole line of LOTR pewter figures) You're best bet is to check Ebay. You can also find it, occasionally, at stores online such as Pewter etc.
Rawcliffe Pewter Éowyn
This is a quite small pewter figure of Éowyn as Dernhelm released by Rawcliffe. You can usually still find it on Ebay. You can also find it on internet stores featuring pewter items, such as Lynwood-Lape Collectables.
Éowyn Costume Card by Topps
This costume card holds an authentic costume swatch from Éowyn's refugee outfit. It was only available as a special insert in the Topps TTT update cards boxes. You can still find this card at many comic/sci-fi conventions and on Ebay.
Replica Rohan Flag
This replica flag was released exclusively by the LOTR Fan Club (sponsored by Decipher). It can still be purchased at the Offical Fan Club Store.
Rohirrim Heroes Perfalock Poster Puzzle
This puzzle, when completed, can be hung on your wall as a poster and it won't fall apart. It is still available at the Official Fan Club Store.
Battle of Helm's Deep Éowyn Starter Deck
This is one of many starter decks to be released by Decipher for the LOTR roleplaying card game. It can still be found at many comic/gaming shops and at the Official Fan Club Store.
Meduseld 3-D Puzzle
This is a special Fan Club item released by Decipher in conjunction with The Two Towers movie. It's a wonderfully detailed 3-D puzzle of the Golden Hall of Meduseld at Edoras. It can still be found at the Official Fan Club Store.
Miranda Otto Autograph Card by Topps
This card was featured as an insert in the first deck of Topps TTT movie cards. This was the rarest autograph card offerred as a special insert. It's rare to find this card for less than $150 now. You can usually find it on Ebay if you're willing to shell out a lot of money for it.
Armies of Middle Earth (by Play Along Toys)
This tiny Éowyn figure was released as part of the Armies of Middle Earth series in the Warriors of Rohan set (it also included Éomer and a Rohan warrior). You can still find it online at many places, including Tolkien Town.
Armies of Middle Earth (by Play Along Toys)
This Éowyn and Merry on Horseback figure was released as part of the Armies of Middle Earth horse and rider series. You can still find it online at many places, including KB Toys online.
Tradeable Miniatures Game Éowyn (by Sabertooth Games)
This Éowyn piece was released as part of Sabertooth Games Miniatures Games. There is a red version and an orange version. Both are quite rare. A few places to find her online are Myriad Games, Kwyjibokardz.com, and Ebay.
The Two Towers Jewelry Box
This jewelry box was released in conjunction with the release of ROTK, but contain a TTT poster image of Aragorn, Arwen, and Éowyn. This product is still being carried by the New Line Cinema Shop.

This TTT puzzle tin features the characters of Rohan. It can still occassionaly be found in stores, as well as online at places such as Tolkien Town.
